Message	a wrap. A plotter could do this, but it would be too hard to handle to lay/stick after its cut. it would just eb dumb to plot it, i'd just go with a full sticker. But i'll NEVER have a hood like that or put vinyl or stickers on my paint. ok enough of my rant
